Adding or Editing Glossary Entries

Use the Toolbar or the Glossary menu to add or edit glossary entries.

 

The editor is shown below. The glossary is shown within the training application. Users create glossary entries with this format ~glossary=<optional entry name>~<glossary text>~ as explained in the Adding Hyperlinks topic. You may also put links from one glossary entry to another using this same syntax.

 

All glossary entries need an Entry Name and Entry Definition.

 

Glossary Entries are stored in the Glossary database. Closing this screen will automatically save the database. You can then save the glossary to XML for use by your training application.
